No matter what your New Years resolutions were, we think 2015 is a great year to try your hand at learning some new food skills! Whether you want to learn the basics of cheesemaking, fermenting, and meat curing or take your skills to the next level, we've got a class for you. Meat+Salt+Time=Delicious
Homemade duck breast prosciutto, pancetta, and bacon? Yes, please! Learn the basics of meat curing from Punk Domestics' very own Sean Timberlake. He'll even show how to fashion a homemade smoker to use in your oven!

Fermenting 101: Lactofermentation & The Microbiome
Learn how to easily and safely ferment almost any vegetable and how these live culture foods can benefit your microbiome. There will be plenty of things to taste and experience during class and we'll send you home with your own jar of 'homework' to ferment to perfection.

Family Cheesemaking
A mozzarella-making class designed for families. Learn to make and stretch delicious mozzarella with your kids or favorite young person. Fun and kid-friendly!

Homebrew Class
Homemade beer: from brewing to bottling. Finally a class for all you homebrewers and beer fanatics out there! Come learn all the steps required to make your favorite beverage–lots of samples provided, of course.

Grow Your Own Blue Cheese
Do you love stinky, moldy, aged blue cheeses? Why not learn how to make your own? The amazing SF Milk Maid will teach you how in this great class. This class will be a whirlwind of an introduction to home cheesemaking or a great next step for those who feel confident with basic homemade cheeses (no experience is necessary though).
