We're so sorry to report that the COVID-related shutdowns and the aftermath took an enormous toll on this small business.  In July of 2022, we made the difficult decision to discontinue all live classes. Thank you for supporting us for 14 wonderful years of cheese education! Our online store remains open for the time being.
