Full Price Tickets:
If for some reason you’re unable to make it to class, we’re happy to offer you a date transfer option with a 72-hour notice. To apply your credit to transfer into another class at a later date, please email us as soon as you know you won’t be making it to class. You can apply 85% of the original amount paid toward a future class (pending availability) – we charge a 15% transfer fee to attend a later date. You must notify us by email at least 72 hours prior to the original class time to guarantee your date change (later dates are subject to availability).
If you’re unable to make it to a later date and would like to cancel your reservation entirely, FARMcurious offers a 48-hour cancellation policy. We will refund your class fee minus a 20% cancellation fee if you can’t make it for some reason. You must notify us by email at least 72 hours prior to class time to guarantee your partial refund.
After the 72-hour mark, we cannot guarantee a refund or class credit to transfer into a later class. However, we will attempt to fill the spot for you and if we’re able to, we will offer back 90% of your ticket price to transfer to another class or 75% to cancel your reservation entirely.
To make changes to your reservation, simply email us at email@example.com and let us know which class you need to change.
We’re sorry but we are unable to offer any refunds for discounted tickets. If you contact us at least 7 days prior to the start of the class, we will make efforts to fill your spot for you. If we’re able to fill your spot we’ll be happy to move your reservation to another class for a $10/person fee. If we’re not able to fill your spot, we recommend sharing the love and transferring your reservation to a friend who might like to join the class.
Because we buy supplies for each class and incur expenses for each person, failure to show up for a class will result in full forfeiture of your ticket and its value.
All tickets are always transferrable to another person to attend on the original date – just notify us of the change so we can update our RSVP list.
We keep our classes small to ensure high quality instruction and our classes tend to sell out so last-minute cancellations really affect our margins. Thank you for understanding and respecting our policy.
