If you and your friends are interested in learning more about urban homesteading but aren’t sure where to start, you can host a 
FARMcurious home demonstration. The party is a presentation & discussion of urban homesteading concepts and products right in the comfort of your own home. We will come to your house to give a fun & informative demonstration complete with tips and delicious samples. At the end of the party we will offer essential urban homesteading items for sale to get you started.
The discussion will cover everything from why someone might want to produce food at home to how to do it – including growing your own produce, canning, pickling, brewing and cheese/yogurt-making! During the presentation we will pass out samples of homemade items such as jam, pickles, cheese, yogurt, home brew, plum wine & kombucha so you can taste the difference.
Hosting a FARMcurious Urban Homesteading Party is a fun & educational way to have fun with friends. To show our gratitude to the host/hostess, we bring some free goodies and offer discounts on products purchased at the party.
While we bring plenty of tasty samples, we ask the host to provide light drinks and snacks for the party-goers. Bonus points if things are homemade! With enough notice, we will prepare homemade snacks and home brew at a reasonable price so be sure to ask if you’re interested!
