An all-ages cheese appreciation celebration perfectly designed for summer. Learn to stretch fresh mozzarella curd, turn some into burrata and pair it with garden tomatoes for the perfect summer snack.

Making mozzarella is incredible - miraculous even - and we recommend learning to do it from scratch at some point; but we also recognize that sometimes you might just need to work out your day's frustrations doing some meditative mozzarella stretching. And what better time to have hand-stretched mozzarella than the summertime?!

This event begins with pre-made mozzarella curds and hot water. You'll take some time learning the techniques of stretching curd in a very laid-back format, snacking all the while. Next, we'll show you how to hand-craft burrata made the FARMcurious way - with crème fraîche embellished filling.

Add some garden tomatoes, basil and other delicious things and you've got the perfect summer evening's treat.

This event is BYOB if you care to - we recommend sauvignon blanc, un-oaked chardonnays, and light reds low on the tannins.
