White Wine Vinegar Starter Culture

White mother of vinegar starter culture is used when you want to make white wine vinegar. Just add to the wine and place in oak barrel or other enclosed container and let it sit for a few weeks.  PRESTO!  Best white wine vinegar you’ve ever had – you’ll never want to buy it from the store again.  Makes a quart of white wine vinegar which can then be used to make increased volume by building up, much like a sourdough starter.  Starte comes with instructions.  8 oz.
