Transform simple meat and herbs into a Thai link sausage that will haunt your dreams, a breakfast sausage that would impress the most discerning of brunch guests and another scrumptious link sausage (to be determined) in this hands-on class. We'll discuss the basics of flavor combinations, protein/fat balances and places to source your supplies then show you how to turn your KitchenAid into a sausage-stuffing machine with a $15 attachment.
 
Finally, sit back and enjoy the fruits of your labor with a glass of wine and some amazing handmade sausage!
 
Taught by the acclaimed foodie, Sean Timberlake of Punk Domestics, this class will enlighten and delight!
