Enjoy fresh corn off the cob using this excellent Corn Kernel Stripper.  The 18/8 stainless steel sleeve (2-1/8-inch diameter) fits over the tapered end of the corn cob and with firm pressure on the softly padded silicone “wings”, the sharp serrated blades cleanly cut the kernels away from the cob.  Easy to use and safer than a knife, this tool is great when preparing corn for chutney, salsa, chowder, or canning.  Silicone sleeves are removable for easy cleaning. Dishwasher safe.
